Hi all, I'm from Australia originally and have been travelling in the UK for the last few months and haven't had any trouble getting insulin through the NHS.
I'm off to Spain and potentially some other European/Northern African/Mediterranean countries shortly and I'll definitely stock up before I go but want to know what it's like trying to get insulin/test strips/sensors in those places if I need to? (I also don't have an EHIC given I'm from Aus).
Is it simple to get prescriptions? Is it expensive? Does it differ from country to country? Please share your experiences/knowledge
