Acid reflux?

I have noticed recently when my bg is high I am getting a sensation like acid reflux. I have only noticed this over the last couple of weeks. Has anyone else experienced this. I have never suffered this kind of problem before. Thanks

I get acid reflux when I drink. It may be that there is a connection with what you eat to cause your high sugar and your reflux.

One helpful hint I heard of is to put the head end of your bed on bricks.

Hi squire fulwood and thanks for your reply. Funnily enough tonight i haven't had the acidy feeling and i even had a glass of prosseco which i dont have very often. The.bed on bricks thing made me laugh...if the crisis over here doesn't get any better that may well ne were i find my bed :lol:
