All wonderful and have B all effect on (my) blood sugars - I’m rather addicted having seen them here first. The greenies arent as nice as the others imo but still nice
Certainly not cheap but if you order thru this paltform rather than direct / through Amazon theres a fiver off your first order and theyve just sent me another promo code for £5 off my next order - every little helps as the saying goes
Th blondies/brownies/ greenie have a relatively short shelf life but freeze very well and are delicious with some oppo on the side as a treat!

Thanks for posting this. I just discovered the Adonis bars in my local Spar @ £1.50 each so a bit cheaper than from this website but if you get regular vouchers, I’ll stock up from here next time :hungry:

I’ve noticed ppl saying how delicious these are before. We tried a box of Blondies about 4 months ago. V disappointing for the price. Dry and endlessly chewy, leaving mainly dessicated coconut in the mouth.

I got them for Mr B when he was trialling GF, and tried one myself. But the last 3 went in the bin.

I’m now wondering if we just had a bad batch!

Ocado recently had single Adonis crunchy pecan bars on special offer, and as they're one of my favourite nuts, and all the other ingredients looked OK, I thought I'd struck gold with a real low carb treat and couldn't wait to taste it when my next order arrived, but I was more than disappointed as it didn't taste anything like pecans - at best it had a rather insipid coconut flavour.... A very p***ed off Robbity was putting it mildly....:(:(
