hi ive got diabetes and im insulin dependant but lately ive been getting a pain just at the bottom of my big toe its just below the toe nail ive been to the doctors and they said its not infected or anything as im really careful with my feet i dont know what it could be when ive got my trainers on it does tend to hurt a little bit more im booked in to see the chiropodist next month but any help or ideas what it could be would be appreciated
