I am 39 years old, in 2 months I lost 20 kg of weight, and I was not obese. I had an OGTT, at 2 hours my sugar was 10.9 mmol/L. I have ketones in the urine, elevated cholesterol and triglycerides, hba1c 6.2% (4.5-7.0), c-peptide 1.18ng/mL (1.10-4.40), chronic candida in the intestines. My thyroid hormones are fine. By randomly measuring sugar, I have never measured a value outside the limits. I was given therapy with 500mg of metformin, which did not make me feel any better, I still have a lot of weight loss and candida in my intestines. The doctors were not interested in doing more detailed analyzes on me. I want to do detailed analyzes related to diabetes to see if the cause is type 2, 1 or LADA. I need help with which parameters from the blood and urine I should do.

Here are some parameters that the local lab does:

HbA1c
INSULIN
C – PEPTIDE
INSULIN RESISTANCE – HOMA
INSULIN At*
Anti IA-2 At (TYROSINE PHOSPHATE)
Anti ICA At*
GAD-ANTIBODIES*
GLUCAGON*

Also, what else related to the blood count, vitamin levels in the blood, urine parameters should I do?

With these results, I plan to see an endocrinologist to give me insulin so that I can regain my body weight and eliminate chronic candida in the intestines.

There are more endocrine conditions, than you have put down.
Candida does not cause diabetes but it can be a part as well as diabetes.
If you are prediabetic, you do not need insulin. In fact it you have prediabetes, you could be producing too much because of insulin resistance.
I would advise a change in diet instead of all those tests that you probably don't need.

What have your drs done about the weight loss? That’s a lot to unintentionally lose and must have a cause.

To me it seems your hba1c is in the prediabetes range as is the OGTT and your c peptide is at the bottom end of normal. Ketones would be unusual unless eating low carb or fasting (do either of those apply?)

As this has happened over a short space of time a non rapid onset of type 1 (LADA) or even type 2 might not fully show yet. Antibody tests would be conclusive if positive but if negative still leave you uncertain. Watch and wait is the alternative blood wise - and keep testing bgl would seem prudent, ketones too if bgl rises significantly.

I put prediabetes label just formally, I have never been tested properly. I want to do proper analysis now, my metabolism became completely demolished in few weeks and never recovered, I suspect on LADA, I want to do proper analysis and need help with parameters.

Usually the dr ordering the tests should know or the lab should provide the ranges which you seem to have already for the tests you have done

Even an endocrinologist, would start with a hba1c test. And then depending on your description of what is happening to you, would further tests be conducted.
The symptoms you describe could be any metabolic condition.
And one of the most helpful information for an endocrinologist is a food diary.
articulating your dietary intake, your bg levels, medication, exercise and information that may help with giving the doctor an understanding of what is going on.
