If you are on insulin you need the carbs. Are you T1 or 2? Personally I believe that apart from refined sugars all foods have place in human diet.Advised to eat carbs
I had a meeting Roth my DN today. She said it was remarkable and amazing that my Hba1c had gone from 126 to 67 since the end of June. I explained that I feel like I’ve run out of steam and lost as much weight as I can and I’m too skinny. She said to eat carbs.
