after Breakfast BG problem

Type of diabetes
Type 2
i am type 2 from last 8 years , was on metformin full dose 4 tab daily for first three years and since last five years without medicine , HbA1c around 44-49
fasting blood sugar 5.3-5.8 steady
problem
after breakfast i tried all type of breakfast but end up with same result
1 hour 30 min 9 - 10
2 hours 7.2 - 7.8
3 hour 5.5 - 6
4 hours 4
and i have to eat again after 4 hours otherwise i feel weak , not any other symptoms of hypo but have to eat something
all pre meal testing is now 4 - 4.2 and its little scary , what if i get hypo

What are you eating for breakfast? Many of us find that we are most carb intolerant in the morning.
 
Also if you are a type 2 diabetic on no medication you are unlikely to go hypo. People without diabetes can go lower than 4 without going hypo. However, regular testing is your friend.

Firstly, congrats on attaining a diet/lifestyle which gets you such excellent blood sugar results, firmly in the level of prediabetes or possibly even non diabetic depending on which doctor you ask. (Different countries have different levels at which they diagnose prediabetes.)

Looks to me that your only issues are that your fasting bg is very slightly higher than you'd like, while your 1 hour after breakfast is also very slightly high.

Hypos are only an issue for people on drugs that stimulate insulin production (or insulin itself) and a few rare non diabetics whose bodies over produce insulin. You should be pleased by those readings rather than worried, they are perfectly normal for a non-diabetic, whose readings can go down into the mid 3s while they feel really hungry. Your body has a wonderful regulatory system which has insulin bring your levels down to low 4s/high 3s, and then reduces the insulin and pumps out sugar via the liver to make sure it doesn't go any lower.

So congratulations. I suspect you've still got a tiny amount of insulin resistance going on because of your breakfast and after breakfast levels, but even they are almost perfect, and non diabetics can have occasional peaks higher than 7.8. Maybe you could tweak diet and exercise to reduce those morning levels but they are still pretty good.
 
I am currently trialling intermittent fasting - no breakfast for me - it seems to be helping but I am raging hungry at lunchtime!!

thanks for response , problem is i breakfast 8 work start 9 and 12 i start feeling weak and worried coz i already gone to 4 and little confusion , i tried all kind of breakfast , low cart , mid carb , high carb ,low carb and fat what ever i do results are same and irony is its daily struggle and effect my work big time same after lunch after 5 hour i am low 4's tried all kind of lunch , Docs are not help other than even when i have 48 HBa1C they did not put me back on metformin and said i am doing ok

i also do 13 - 11 fasting , 3 miles brisk walking with minimum walking speed 3.5 miles / hour , start using moringa powder recently its doing wonders for me , weakness of years is gone ( i take minimum 1 gram in morning with water )

three egg whites with one egg yolk , half Heinz baked beans ( no added sugar ) once slice of brown bread ( 5 days ) with tea

Ah - that explains it - as a type two you really ought to eat the eggs and not the beans or bread.
Beans and bread are high carb, and that is what we can't cope with.
Eggs, though are an excellent source of nutrition.

As above the bread and beans are what’s causing the higher numbers.

Also this looks like you might be avoiding fats? And scared of egg yolks (cholesterol?). Neither are a problem and in fact if carbs are lowered then energy is still required and needs to come from protein and (natural unprocessed) fats. It could simply be you are not eating enough that’s why you run out of steam. Up the fats and proteins and see how you go then.

for example have 3 whole eggs, ditch the beans and bread and have some bacon or a high quality meat sausage without fillers (should be around 1-2 carbs per 100g). Or some other high protein real fat options. Check the difference to the post breakfast readings and the energy levels. I think you’ll be pleasantly pleased.

4 in itself is a good score, not one to worry about. Feeling rubbish and hungry and lacking energy is another thing. They might not be as linked as you think.
