One foot in front of the other. Have they allocated you a MacMillan nurse, or other support? Support is what they are there for, so please do use them.

I’m so so sorry the news isn’t what you wanted to hear, I really don’t have any words at the moment other than I’m holding you in my heart & prayers. If you need to talk you know how to get me.
