ally1,s BS levels

But Ally you are getting them which is what the majority of type 2's don't achieve!!!!

I watch your posts with interest because you've had a number of A&E admissions and some very high levels at times.. So I hope that this hba1c reading etc will come in very much reduced....

You've are a great example of how lifestyle changes can be made...

Hope to hear in the next couple weeks of what your latest results are and how your Practice are pleased with them...

Your fish may have been dipped in flour before being battered to help it stick whilst frozen. Just a thought.........

But, let's face it; 7.4 after a scrummy meal isn't too shabby. Remember the 20s and high teens?
 
breakfast 8.6 and 8.1
the latter number is too high for my liking as normally after breakfast its around 7.5
 
i am pleased, but how can i be non diabetic, as i thought once a diabetic, always one
