I see a lot of recipes on here that demand almond flour. Unfortunately, I really react very very badly to nuts or nut flour. Can anyone suggest an alternative as my lovely wife wants to make me a low carb cornbread.
Sukrin make two (very) low carb bread mixes which are a little expensive, though you don't actually need to eat a lot of it as it's fairly dense. They both contain various seeds but no nuts.
You could leave out the cranberries and jalapenos if that's not your thing. (I've made the recipe as described and enjoyed it.) If you added, say, green onions and garlic powder that would make them more savory ... or even bacon.
