I can't have alcohol anyway but realised with my lchf diet I can't have the mulled fruit juices I used to have at Christmas. Any ideas for alternatives??

Flavoured water, maybe try some mulled spices in it. I'm going to try it out see if it works

Bought a really nice mulled fruit "tea" in M&S last year. I haven't looked to see if they're doing it again. Use sweeteners to taste. Proper home made mulled wine is another option too. Again, with sweeteners.

Yes, the teas are not carb free, but they make nice warming drinks which you can indulge in as long as you count the carbs - and different brands have different amounts so it is worth doing a bit of research and testing out which ones are going to give maximum satisfaction.

If you don't mind a small amount of natural sugar and some sweetener Ribena have a 'winter spice' flavour out which has no added sugar. It has 1.8g of carb per 250ml serving, the ingredients and nutritional information are on their website. I've bought a bottle for myself for Xmas but haven't tried it yet.

Checked the packet and the website. It shows zero carbs in the nutritional info.
Oh well.

Sometimes the carbs can be shown as 0 for a single serving but there are carbs, just ones which can be disregarded, legally for the purposes of the ingredients list.
So if the label says 0 calories for a single serving how do you propose we find out the TRUE carbs

I really hate ribena, but I'll try anything once. What does it taste like?

Just one of those difficulties put in the way of a seeker after truth. Sometimes there are two sets of figures shown and in the one where the breakdown is shown as percentages there is a revelation, due to the larger amounts.

'Fraid I don't believe that. If there are no carbs in a single serving there can not be a revelation in a whole pack!

Unless of course a single serving is a single lentil! :)

So what is the problem!?!?!?
