If you can't make the effort with injections, then why do you want a pump?
Do you think it makes D easier? Wrong.. You have to work with you hospital team to set up your basals, your ratio's etc and then YOU have to manage them yourselves pretty much by yourself. If you can't pht the effort in with injections, why do you think a pump would be any different.
Most patients have to jump through hoops to get a pump.. Really toe the line and do everything they can to control themselves on injections...why should you jump ahead of people that try so desperately hard?
You're probably thinking I'm a harsh sounding moo... But I hope just to get you to realise that there are people before you in the queue for a pump making huge efforts and that you really need to realise that pumps are more time consuming and needing commitment than jabs.
