hi all.
I Am posting this as Ade. Even though I am actually his wife lolly.
Have just been with my hubby for his 3 monthly diabetes check up.
Our lovely nurse wanted to check he was the same person and not a clone or substitute.
A bit if history hubby has been type 2 for nearly 10 years. And had lots of ups and downs in that time. But his bloods were never that good. So much so he was on metaformin and exenertide. (Injection). And at last check up his blood test came back worse than ever. And they were going to put him on insulin. But we're going to try one more tablet. And today was going to be crunch.
Well after that appointment I was tasked with "sorting him out". (By hubby). So we joined up here and started in the HFLC diet.
3 months down the line. And all his results are perfect. His H1b thing is right down. (I want to say it was 6. But she has 2 numbers on her chart so it confuses me). Both BP and cholesterol are spot on. And he's lost a little weight. (Every little helps). The nurse couldn't believe it. And said she would hale him as a success throughout the surgery. And asked what we had changed.
So I explained the diet and all of you lovely people on here.
(She's coming to check it out herself and hopes the results filter to them to become the standard)
So although between hubby and myself we have only lurked and learned from you all. I want to say thank you.
All who have posted have helped us hugely
(And I hope I've posted this right and in the right bit)
