Quick update, HBA1C at diagnosis in April was 57, this week HBA1C is 37.I

Thanks to this site and all the supportive users I have adopted a healthy and sustainable diet.

Also, BP down, cholesterol now within normal limits, lost around a stone and a half and honestly haven't felt better in many years.
