Just seen this. I'm not T1 and it's many years since we moved dahn sarf to Hampshire, but the first home that Mrs hay-char and I owned was in Waltham Abbey - Woollard Street, near the Town centre. We lived there for about five years, the house was a wreck when we bought it (it was all we could afford) and virtually the day after we finished doing it up, we put it on the market before it got all grotty again. No, I'm from Waltham abbey! Near epping forest. It's the edge of essex and London. Xxx

I'm interested to talk to people in my area with type 1 diabetes. I was diagnosed a week ago after being admitted to hospital with polydysia polyuria and DKA. I'm on basal/bolus insulin injections. I'm currently always hyperglycaemic. Xxx
