Are any of your meds making your BGL rise?

I have for some time been surprised that on the days I forgot to take my meds in the morning, my blood sugar levels drop by about 2.0 mmol/l by the evening. I have isolated two that are giving me aggro. they are:-

Tamsulosin and furosemide.

I note that some BP meds can do this too, but I am on a new one that claims to be a sugar reducer but the effect I am suffering is a recent problem, so I reserve judgement. After all this same med is hyperkalemic which was denied until proven recently. It is also hyponatremic, again denied and subsequently proven.

One of the most important decisions you must make when agreeing to take certain meds, is the ingredients that accompanies the active ingredient, as in, all my meds are sugar free, lactose free and certain others, aspirin is enteric,.
Side effects are common in most meds, and it would never surprise me that the patient is unaware of both the sugars or ingredients can and do increase glucose levels and symptoms.
Some anti biotics are just, minimum dosage, minimum anti biotic, maximum sugars! Same with cold and flu remedies.
You just have to know your meds.
