Asda carb blocker

Hi I was buying my vitamins today in asda and noticed Carb blockers. Does anyone know anything about these £17 are they anything special ? Thanks Scott
 
I believe they are designed to remove carbs from the digestive system as triglycerides. In my estimation, this is not good as some may be absorbed.
 
Never heard of them and to be honest I wouldn't trust Walmart ASDA with medical matters .... making money for the Walton family yes .... my health no but ... I'm open to persuasion .....
 
I spotted carb blockers in Asda, they are xls brand priced at £17. I read the leaflet distribution inside and they do not recommend them to be taken by diabetics.
