Avocado

My favourite: Mash it up with half a teaspoon of lime juice, a little hot pepper sauce and some coarse salt then use as a dip or spread it thick on top of a halved and toasted Lidl protein roll. Optional but nice extra is a little chopped spring onion or radish.
 
Google avocado recipes. There are many ideas on the internet.
Its great in salads. Mush it up with your favourite spices and use it as dipp for vegetables.
 
Avocado prawns......1/2:avo with some prawns bound together with real mayo and a spot of tomato puree :hungry: seasoned with black pepper (if you like you can add some cayenne pepper)....
 
Avocado with chicken! Avocado with eggs, chilli and tomatoes! Avocado with carb! Avocado with almost anything!

I'm quite fond of it as a meal on the go - just halve it, remove the stone, add a dash of soy sauce in the pit and eat with a spoon!
 
The only way avocado is bad is when it's heated.

Chop on salads , slice with sea salt. Wrapped in deli meat, get fancy and make quacamole with sea salt, red pepper flakes, lemon or lime juice, cilantro, smash and dip veggies. I need some salt on it butnthen just scoop it with a spoon.

I eat at least one a day. Divided into 3 meals keeps bs very steady.

Any left overs need to be sealed air tight. I take the pit out, place waxed paper on it and then push down lightly on a plate.
