The only way avocado is bad is when it's heated.
Chop on salads , slice with sea salt. Wrapped in deli meat, get fancy and make quacamole with sea salt, red pepper flakes, lemon or lime juice, cilantro, smash and dip veggies. I need some salt on it butnthen just scoop it with a spoon.
I eat at least one a day. Divided into 3 meals keeps bs very steady.
Any left overs need to be sealed air tight. I take the pit out, place waxed paper on it and then push down lightly on a plate.
