The more Type 1's the better, in my opinion :) It would be great if there w,ere enough for a parallel study. Suggestion for @Deakint ;)

I Put it on the questionnaire......Trudi does T1 courses so I don't know why is should be limited to type 2's. Perhaps its the risk of hypoglaecemia for T1's that suddenly reduce their carbs to 50g? Especially if they were eating the normal recommended amounts by the NHS.
