Had one before bed. Made me sleep. Must be because of high glucose levels?
I'd of gone with the carb coma, myself.
I have to remember, as much I was very gung ho once I'd proved to myself LCHF worked for me,
That good health needs an holistic approach.
And a good sleep is very much part of that.
I would say test on the meter, by which time you're probably asleep...
So maybe keep a closer eye on any morning rises ?.
By the by, recent issues for me (non T2D) meant bananas were strongly suggested by my surgeon's, etc
So walking that thin dividing line of food, I engaged..I very much liked banana's..so it was a guilty treat.
Didn't find they affected me in your way
And as for BG I couldn't say, meds, injuries, etc etc..had my numbers raised since December.
So no help there
I can however say that apples, sent my BG sky rocketing....and had me chatting non stop for a good bit ..
Missus spotted it...& Complained
Always remind her now, when she says we don't talk enough
