Hmm bit disappointed..both with the panellists.. where was the low carber? And the whole tone of the conversation.. so many assumptions nothing really questioned. First audience member was great .. the rest a bit meh.
Fibre got off very easily.. no-one even questioned that if there are no essential dietary carbs then how can there any essential dietary fibre.. And why on earth was Anthony Warner even there.. a shill for processed food companies?

Agree a very disappointing programme and not much proper debate or discussion. Hadn’t come across the ‘Angry Chef’ before but don’t think I will be putting his book on my Xmas list!
