Hi all, thank you for your replies, very interesting reading....yes I am cutting out all carbs, or as much as is possible, lots of food stuffs have a small amount, I've already lost half a stone in two weeks, sorry dont do metric, im now about one and a half stone overweight, so getting there! so far ive got one am reading of 6.8 but all the rest have been around 8-9, I must have spent hours and hours online looking at what food is low carb or carb free! and spent twice as long getting the shopping in lol, yes I was expecting faster results but as you say it can take months, so there is hope for me yet, I will persevere with the eating and exercise plan for a few more week now and see how it goes. thank you again will read on with much interest any info you can throw my way will be of great use
