I have a friend who is being told by his family that following a LCHF diet is dangerous because of the supposed cholesterol intake. His family have been googling

Can anyone post informative (simple as he is new to this) videos explaining the ins and outs of cholesterol, why totals are less important and dietary cholesterol etc etc. Thanks.
