"Best" things doctors have said to you

I suffered from frequent dizzy spells, typically when standing up, last year. Potential cause was low iron levels and/or over training I never got it properly diagnosed.

When I brought it to the attention of my GP I was simply told not to stand up, ever ! Needless to say I found it very difficult to manage daily tasks without standing up.

My GP on why I shouldn’t monitor my own health - “If you test your blood and it’s too high, what are you going to do about it?

More than you, obviously. I’ll see myself out.

I was told that my T1 LADA was due to my weight! "shame about your weight or this wouldn't have happened" I mean I am 6 foot and 15 stone big but not massive!
