I bite the bullet and buy the expensive 85% Lindt, then never have more than one square per day (3.8g carbs)....

I also buy the 85% Lindt, and can usually get it on offer from either Ocado or Amazon.
I don't experiment with different brands or chocolate percentages, as dark cchocolate used to be one of my chronic migraine triggers, so I stick with what I've now found to be safe. (Though since starting low carbing I get very few and much less severe ones now unless I'm over generous with the triggers...)
