This article is from a main stream source, It certainly isn't suggesting low fat (not hugely high either) it suggests sources of fat that are considered 'good' and discusses some of the evidence

Thanks Phoenix, I've read that one before, a reputable source! Harvard! They say the same as all the others, eat olive oil, walnuts, salmon, keep butter, cheese etc to a minimum.
A good read for those of us confused about diet.
