Blood Glucose Levels

Just done blood sugars what at 9.5 ish and hi protein in blood and low ketones all I know until next time for a proper diagnosis test they are doing
The two most often used tests are HbA1c and BG level (whether fasting or non fasting).

It's complicated to explain but in the UK as far as I know, GPs are required to order an HbA1c test. There's no rush to have this, it can wait a few more days.

In the meantime, the results you have available do show raised BG levels, over some time.

The fact you are going to the loo a lot is probably because of these raised BG levels over time.

When you have seen your GP and start to work a plan to get the BGs consistently down, it will take a while, more than a few days.

I often say to people this is a marathon, not a sprint. There is not much you can do tonight or tomorrow to make a difference, unless perhaps you call your GP's surgery and make an appointment or discuss it with a nurse.

If I thought you were in urgent need of seeing a doctor right now, I would tell you. I hope you will be able to relax a bit and enjoy your evening. I'm glad you found this website, which can provide lots of support and info that will help you over the coming weeks and months.
