Yes, Clive I did, using it on my laptop. Changed the carbs from 156g to 50 g but apart from that am finding it very useful. Have used 360 calories so far today, also my book has arrived so hubby and I will be going through that today at some point. I'm sure there is no need for me to be hungry.
Hi Scottie, I stayed awake a long time last night reading this forum which I found quite by chance and im really glad I did. I read your thread with great interest, I really identified with everything you said and it's lovely to read how you've managed to turn things around. My levels on my recent tests werent as high as yours have been but im certain they will have been in my darker days when I was out of control. I have felt utterly terrible, always tired and napping, freezing cold and most recently my hair started falling out. Somehow a light came on yesterday and I decided to stop being in denial and face my condition head on. Your thread inspired me so much, I really hope I can be like you and succeed with this. I really admire you for commitment and determination, you should be so proud

Come on in Muggle the waters lovely.
I found this site about 3 weeks ago, and have found it to be very supportive.
I confess I was a little hard on Scottie the other week, but I felt she needed a little, kick. I didn't mean to be hurtful, hopefully she has forgiven me.
Welcome Muggle
