Blood Sugar Spikes - What sort of ill?

I feel very tired, irritable, headaches often and sometimes my muscles and joints feel restless or they ache so I guess sometimes I feel similar to what people would describe as ill but generally I just feel a little uncomfortable moreso.
 
Well, I am running high a lot at present. :( As it rises I get hotter and sweatier. I also get light headed and feel "drunk". I find concentrating on what I am doing very difficult and find myself staring at a blank screen wondering why I opened a particular program or file. I also fall asleep over the computer.
