The threshold for diagnosis of diabetes in the UK is 48. If it hasn’t been requested by the surgery, I’d recommend you seek an appointment with your GP.
If you have all the symptoms then those need addressing whether your test result is high, or not, and whether those symptoms are caused by diabetes, or something different.
So I would ring the surgery again and ask for an appt to discuss the next step.

Just Spoke to my docter and he said 144 was not my hba1c it was my B somthing level and I hadn't had my hba1c tested this time. Cant understand what's up with me, my symptoms are so much like diabetes, wish I could find the answer. Thankyou for all the help x
