I've been going to bootcamp and eating really well bs under 10 most of the time. I'm on insulin 4 times a day and my diabetic nurse has advised me to take 26 units as my bolus one at night!! Trouble is I'm having hypos during the night (2nights running).
Can someone tell me is this to do with muscle recovery and is my body using the glucose to repair my aching muscles????
