Haven't I seen a thread somewhere that says that refined grains causes inflammation?

I know I can't touch the stuff and I've noticed that the bleached white bread they sell now, doesn't smell good either!

Or is that me?

Probably the vegetable oils they use to process the bread. They are inflammatory.

I wonder if it’s not just the highly refined gains but the chemicals that are sprayed in the fields for pest and weed control that cause problems?
