huh? i thought we were discussing beans on toast and the wisdom in adding a spread to the toast, which has lead to a discussion on fat in general, its very hard to discuss things, isnt ryvita a digression? m i allowed to mention ryvita? as that technically isnt beans on toast related?

You just mentioned Ryvita. No need to ask permission.

I'm leaving the spread off the toast. So pointless discussing that part.

If you want to chime in with anything else - knock ya self out.

Actually, back to the beans on toast, have you tried livlife, or Burgen soya and linseed. Both seem to have a better effect than wholemeal, even though you're getting good numbers, it's worth trying those two out as well.

thankyou

in my opinion and with the new found permission i find myself granted, i would say avoid bread as much as possible, livlife bread is definatley better than any others from a carbohydrate and therefore glucose point of view

Mr. Bulks, Are you following any particular diet plan or are you eating normally but reduced portions?

if for example i was to contradict the advice or suggestion to add low fat spread to the ryvita would that be considered going off topic, starting a spat or anything else unpleasant? or would it be better to stay away from anything i have an opinion on?

Ryvita is fine to suggest Andy12345
It is topic relevant and another 'other suggestion' for Bulks

so would it be ok to suggest putting butter on the toast with the beans? and if so would it be ok to discuss why?

As I said, I'm dropping the spread, sooooo... Not relevant to me I guess.

Maybe for sandwiches though... So erm yes relevant to diet.

i was asking anna but thanks again for the permission, assuming im allowed to talk to the big cheif in your thread?

Yes - you are behaving like a TIT - your trying to get a rise out of me which you will never get. So jog on and stop spamming
