I was told to eat broccoli everyday, and it didnt matter if I had to eat it overcooked as it would still have the iron in it that I needed.
I also take pomi-t capsules everyday... and have not had any illnesses or viruses or any additional illness since taking.
I do also take turmeric teas at least twice a days as well though.
Although post relates to K vit, Brocolli has been established via research from Prof Robert Thomas (independently-not via payments from Broccoli suppliers!!) and found it to be one of the top 3 nutritional foods to be ate.
As I have to eat mushy veg and I do fear that the K vit will be gone from broccoli... I blend asparagus tips and cook with a little bit of butter daily too. Hasnt got as high value as broccoli or kale but along with the pomi-t capsule I amfeeking fitter in so many ways more than I have for a very, very long time....
