You will need:
1 Onion
1 Good sized head of brocolli
500ml of veg or chicken stock
250ml milk
2 table spoons of flour
sprinke of mixed herbs
salt and pepper.
Method:
Chop onion an broccoli
make up stock
1 sweat off your chopped onion in a little of the stock for 5 mins
2 Add rest of stock and Broccoli
3 Add herbs and salt and pepper
4 Allow to simmer for about 15 to 20 mins till broccoli is tender
5 Slowly add milk to flower and mix well
6 stir into your soup mixture and simmer for a bit longer
7 whiz with a blender or leave chunky ( personal preference )

Two tablespoons is not so much as everything else is low carb, you could do it without I use as thickening agent as I like my soups hearty xxxx
