BS readings

I made a nice discovery today. I had heinz chicken soup. Felt too rubbish to sort anything out. Besides I fancied it. 15g of carb for the tin...so well within my daily upped limit of 40 to 50
Upshot damage was 6.2 before. And a tidy 7.1 after....and it was lovely..I didn't test after an hour though. But that is doable on a poorly day for me

Just wanted to say WOW what a fantastic change you have made since I visited last @ally1 !!Amazing !! and you should be incredibly proud of yourself and you've certainly given me hope since our numbers were so similar back then. @alliebee seems like a wonderful buddy to have too .Well done ladies ,such an inspiration :-)
 
I succumbed to 1 slice of pizza last night. First non lchf since I started some 3 months ago

After 7.1. So no great damage. But I did enjoy it. Still in ketosis today so maybe I'm able to tolerate a few more carbs. And keep maintaining...trouble is. I've read about the carb creep. Where you say to yourself. Ah a little won't hurt....and as @jack1234 warned me. You start craving carbs again. And I do this morning. Fancied toast and cereal ect ....so its a warning
