BS readings

This is wonderful to read, best enlightening and empowering post on the forum currently.

No me neither, sorry ally. I don't often have puddings and when I do it's berries and cream. I'm not very imaginative I'm afraid.

Well I seem to have got away with it. Stayed around 5.2 all afternoon and still in ketosis. The lchf gods forgave me. But its a lesson learned and it was definately not worth it. I even started thinking oh my god I just willingly put evil sugar into me... drinking lots of water to make sure its gone...pre tea 5.1. Just an omlette so not expecting much of a difference

Hi Ally. Search the thread chocolate paradise. The cocoa microwave cake is there. It literally takes 2 mins in the microwave. Butter ground almonds eggs cocoa and splenda mix it all together it is nice with cream I don't have it often mind as I'm trying to lose weight. I find a square of 80% dark chocolate satisfys me if I fancy a pud

Good to see bluetit back!

Agree with dark choc. When hubby home at weekends we have just 2 square of Lidl's 81%. Hubby said today that it is totally adequate to take away choc cravings and he never needs more. I actually forget to eat mine, but thats me!!

Forgets to eat chocolate??? Swoons lol

Hubby puts on table for me, but always busy doing other things. Don't ever think about it. Only the next day when I have breakfast do I realise that I forgot to eat it!

The only thing I ever indulge with is maomi pinballs which are hypostoppers. 3 should be sufficient, but always end up having 5!!

Hmmmmm. I think I know how I got to be morbidly obese.....I have never forgotten to eat anything! Especially chocolate:oops::)

I lick my plates though!! Do you? I embaress my mum visiting her. She always invites friends for meals to see me and I always lick my plate in front of everybody.... Probablt the reason why she takes my brothers out for meals, but not me!!!

lol yeh I do that on occasions too! Well everything on the plate has been carb counted already.......;)

Place a recipe for sugar free chocolate icecream on the lchf recipe forum. It is more like frozen chocolate bar really but is nice

I make a microwave cake in a plastic tub, I use an old takeaway tub.

2 heaped tablespoons ground almond or coconut flour
1 tablespoon sweetner (if you want it)
half tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder if you want choc cake
1 teaspoon vanilla essence or flavoured sugar free syrup
2 tablespoon butter
2 eggs

melt butter in tub
whilst cooling mix all dry ingredients
then whisk 2 eggs into butter
add vanilla or syrup
then mix in all dry bits whisking well
Microwave for 3 mins
Enjoy

you could mix cream cheese with cocoa powder and slather on top. Mmmmm think I may go make one now.
