pre breakfast 12.1 post 7.5
that has never happened where the after reading has been so much lower
 
Thankyou Douglas. That does make sense. Esp now I've lost my excess weight I'm.learning how to balance my weight by increasing a bit. But my bg has risen a bit to what it was. Esp fasting. Averaging 5.8 to 6.2 in the day...I can't bear the thought of more fat in my diet..and if I up my protein bgs rise a bit at around 3 hours...trying to get the balance right without losing any more
 
6.6 pre dinner 7.5 at 2 hours and after 30 / 40 minutes strong walking (reciting in my head on every lap up and down the driveway every mission and all the crew names flown by NASA between Mercury 3 in 1961 and the ASTP / USSR flight in 1975 .. yep, I was REALLY concentrating and did it three times:) back down to 6.0.

thank you kezzer, my lunch time pre test will be high as i had half a packet of crisps
 
Like I was saying in private message. Look at the back of packet and see the carbohydrate count
Then divide as you had half a pack...limit your carbs to around 50g a day and as you say you want you should get into ketosis...good luck. Others here will advise you too

Low carb is fab ally, as alliebee says weight seems to drop off!! (I've lost 3st 3lbs in 18 weeks) I thought you were already trying to do lchf? Are you wanting to to do it better?
