Hi Lorriaine, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers...

Fasting 6.2
Post breakfast 4.8?!!!!
Pre lunch 4.7 so I guess post breakfast was right
Post lunch 5.7
Post lunch @3hrs 4.4

Took my long acting Metformin last night after week off the ordinary version - only took one as I need to see what effect it has. Be interesting to see what my levels do with a more sustained release.

Thanks. I think part of it is being back in my routine and also I had hair appointment so had breakfast early so decent gap between meals. Usually they are quite bunched together as I'm not an early riser.

Same problem with me. I realised this ages ago and started getting up an hour earlier. It made a huge difference to my pre- and post lunch readings. Sadly I've lapsed a bit over Christmas!
