mmm that sounds good I'l have to try butter next week when I'm finished fasting.I just don't like the taste of the coconut oil so I have "bullet resistant" coffee first thing - strong instant coffee (although it works just as well with real), a heaped (amazing how much you can get on) teaspoon of butter, stir together until the butter has melted then top up with a generous portion of double cream. Doesn't need blending or anything, just stirring.
Nice creamy drink, plenty of fat and keeps hunger at bay for ages.
No laxative effect either.
{Thinks - I wonder if a little coconut oil would be acceptable and help things along.}
