Good afternoon all I would like to update you on my post yesterday about my hypo on bus I decided to give bus company a ring this morning spoke to a lady told her problem and what happened she put me though to manager he couldn't have been more appologetic said he was sorry this happened he said he thinks the driver may have been new and didn't understand the rules exactly he said they do have a policy of no eating or drinking on the bus because of people throwing packets and tins etc on the floor which can be hazardous to other passengers but said this doesn't apply to people with health conditions and who may need to eat during the journey said looks like they need to retrain there staff I said we will leave it at that anyway good news is he has giving my wife a free 6mths free pass to travel anywhere on there buses (I have got a free disable bus pass) all she has to do is pick it up from office said did want him to have a word with driver I said no don't think it was his fault just had bad training so will leave leave it at that good outcome really . thanks for all messages think will just put it behind us thanks again.
