I just wondered as I can find no common cause to why I get them from time to time. I have looked it up online but saw no immediate link between BS levels and hives. I dont get them very often (in fact maybe once or twice a yr) and they will go as soon as I take some anti- H. but for the life of me I cant figure out what is causing them??
A couple of times its been brought on by eating something,, usually within 30mins of eating,,,however I have then gone back on another day and eaten the same thing and be completely fine??
The last two times it has happened about 3 hrs after swimming in the mornings and not eating ,, and yet I go swimming fairly regular and have no problem most of the time so I cant see how it could be the chlorine. If it was the exercise then why also dont I get it when at the gym or after or during running? I do admittedly feel more flushed after swimming but again this would not account for the times its happened when I have been out for a meal?
Has really got me confused.com,,, so has anyone else on here encountered it
I am Pre D and I'm not on any meds by the way
