Does reducing carbs from 350g to 200g (almost 50%) reduction constitute low carbing? Keepthe replies coming guys... my logs are overflowing.

Sounds like high carbss is good in your case since you don't have to worry about them

Wouldn't say I have high carbs, just normal amount for my age/weight/height and activity. On doing a check on one of the websites ir was recommended I eat 350 carbs a day. I do aim for 250~300 to avoid losing weight. Struggle to eat more than that.

Do you mean in the same way that athletes "carb load" before an event? Do you know where to get more info? I'd like to read up on it.

I've no idea. It just seems that carbs are an important element of diet. Don't understand why they are treated like poison on this site.

PS the only reason for this blog is to prove that I am being 'monitered'. Thanks for your help.

Are you happy that individuals on this site are being monitored? Would you like to see the facts?

I'll publish the details since you are asking. My access to the site from PC and mobile are being monitored. No question about it.

Can someone explain the point of this thread and what it has to do with diabetes?

Like Kitchens, I suppose. I assume that anyone who had advertised kitchens is no longer on the site. Let me just check.
