I have been a bit more conscious about carbs since joining this forum, but I can't quite get to grips of how to work out if it is good or bad for me. I am T2
For example I bought some uncle bens whole grain rice,
The carbohydrate is 30.7grams per 100 grams of which there is 0.2 grams of sugar. I can see the sugar content is very low but what about the seemingly high carb content, can anyone help explain please.
