Nah, I gave up on it.
They were being offensively rude to/about people making different diet choices, and they bickering like children about The One Twue Carnivore Path to Perfick Health. I have Zero tolerance for that
So I left the group.
Is it better now? Or do they still play those games?
I've not been there long but I've not seen any of that, quite the opposite actually, I hope it stays that way.
There is one poster who produces some amazing food and posts with photos of each step of her creations.
There's also links to butchers and farms.
Peas and I'm hazarding a guess those sausages too wouldn't really count as carnivore. Peas certainly not.Last nights dinner. I gave the onion rings to my daughter and most of the chips to my wife. So I was left with steak, gammon, sausages, fried egg and peas.

You forgot the half cooked eggs, nothing carnivorous about those runny yolks yet.Peas and I'm hazarding a guess those sausages too wouldn't really count as carnivore. Peas certainly not.
Eggs are vegetables until they are cooked? I never knew. You forgot the half cooked eggs, nothing carnivorous about those runny yolks yet.
Really, really impressive.Update on All Animal August
This morning (after being wakened by the hound throwing up on the hall carpet... nice) took the usual readings
Weight 195.4 pounds 88.63 kg
Body fat 26%
Visceral fat 10
BMI 26.5
Best results in my adult life.. (well since I started measuring anyways..).
As you can appreciate, when on the road ones choice is restricted.
Your picture certainly wasn't?Almost carnivore
Almost carnivore... the vast majority of the platter by the time the onion rings and chips were ditchd was meat. Does it need to be pure meat ti qualify?
When I started tucking in to the Mixed Grill Platter (minus onion rings and chips) I had a strong sense of it being heavily carnivore oriented. For me it was the best I could muster without going without. Going without was not an option for me and totally unescessary for me. It was a good compromise under the circumstances I was in. So a virtual carnivore solution.
Delete the posting if you wish.
That rib eye looks great.. guess what we had for (for us very unusual) lunch today.. forgot to take a picture though..My last three dinners. Aged ribeye with halloumi fries; air fried lamb ribs; slow cooked beef short rib.

Small snack!Haul from the butcher funded by the DUK interview. @bulkbiker the t-bone is rather larger than I anticipated. At least 2 meals.
