I agree, but while researching this today, I found the following in a of a fitness & health magazine that is often quoted in this forum as if it is a reliable source. It statesThere is no dietary cholesterol in nuts.

I have seen a very similar rhetoric in a recent dietary advice for body builders mag that again got quoted ( on a different topic regarding proteins) in this forum.
EDIT: Personally I think the info given out in these mags is incorrect, and is contrary to recent research findings on lipid control.
