The Google didn't disappoint. I googled for broccoli ice cream and found this recipe, which happens to be low carb, broccoli, and frozen!Sorry, boil or steam, first! I find frozen broccoli boiled and drained works better for some reason. (I’m sure you realised but just in case ….)
edit: Freezing it is of course another way to thicken your mash, to keep somewhat on topic.
