Hello all
Went to Drs today for my latest hba1c and pleased to announce it came in at 35, slightly up on last one but with all the stress I have had in the last 3 months I expected it to be higher.
Receptionist loudly announced your not diabetic, so I loudly replied yes I am but control it with diet and exercise and walked out with sorry to say a smug look on my face.
For me following a Lchf diet and the people on this forum have enabled me to stay in the non diabetic range since diagnosis in Feb.
So sat here celebrating with my low carb spinach and bacon frittata and a coffee with double cream.
Tonight will be bacon and halloumi on a lidl protein roll with salad and 1 or two glasses of red wine..
Thank you all and big hugs xx
