Cereals!

Which cereals are the lowest in carb and sugar. Hate porridge. My favorites are bran flakes or special k. Anything like them but lower in carbs and sugar
 
Sadly both bran flakes and Special K have quite a lot of added sugar. Weetabix and Shredded Wheat are probably the least worst.
 
They are all carb laden, whatever sort you chose. Carbs = sugar. Perhaps you could use your meter to test out your reaction, test before and at 2 hours after first bite and see what happens.
 
Perhaps then it would be wise not to have any cereals at all, and consider a different breakfast. A Greek yogurt with a few berries added is always nice (and filling), or a cooked breakfast (no bread). What you don't want is to be running high after breakfast.
 
I don't tend to eat breakfast. I just have a bowl of cereal for my tea on occasions when I'm to lazy to make anything else. Very rare tho.
 
Cereals are out for me .... to damaging.
Remember every high is actual damage to your system .... to you.
 
Hey, where did you buy this from? And what's it called? I struggle with finding cereals I can eat too!
